Here is a page to download free software, that you can use to change URL's in a .pdf document (like some e-books). It works with almost any .pdf file (unless it has been password-protected).

The download is free - no obligations, no gimmicks.
I have used it several times with no problems - that I know of - ;o)

It will list every URL in the file, and allow you to replace each one with whatever link you choose - just be familiar with the .pdf file and what each link is for before you start, or have the file open to read along as you change each URL to your own, or print it out as a guide.
